Package Your Gear
Place the merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items remain in mint condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
